01 Full Time & 01 Part-time VA with Experience ( Long Term Contract) SG Time

I’m looking for an Experienced Virtual Assistant to help with my day-to-day work.
01 Full Time 01 Part timer VA.

I need a ROCKSTER worker who can work 40 hours a week FULL TIME, Singapore Time which is the SAME as PH time.
I’m in Events Industry.

Pls include FT (which stands for Full Time) or PT (which stands for Part Time) in the Title.

Duties:
Check and reply clients’ emails, whatsapp messages and calls
Mailchimp e-mailer
Use waveapp & Click to view template system to create PO and invoices
Simple Bookkeeping using excel
Simple Edit of short videos for Social Media posting (Tik tok, IG, FB)
Update website with SEO contents created using Chatgpt
Web research / data mining
Web Research and organize data
Maintain and manage contacts
Create presentations and documents
Plan, organize, and execute office activities and meetings
Manage and maintain calendars
Update Trello Leads
Edit some graphics using canva or photoshop/ capcut
Manage Overseas Travel Booking

Below are the qualifications expected of a virtual assistant:

Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Skype, and other remote team messaging apps
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High-speed internet connection
