(1-2 YEAR ROLE) Bookkeeper Accounting Role

Hello!
We are looking to hire a bookkeeper to join our team.
Bookkeeping Tasks:
• Responsible for all accounting processes of the company (QuickBooks)
• Manage financial reporting of the company
• Prepare monthly reports
• Prepare annual reports
• Ensure all company accounts payable are paid timely
• Ensure all company accounts receivables are collected timely
• Bank reconciliations for the company
• Process accounts receivable for all individual assets
• Prepare a monthly aging report for PMA
• Create payables
• Create recurring CAM charges and adjust previous charges
• Record property tax payments
• Record loan payments
• Maintain chart of accounts for the company
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system for the company
• Manage company cash flows
• Prepare annual company budget and monitor for variances
• Work with accountants on company tax filings and audits
• Prepare and distribute 1099s for the company and all individual assets
We are based out of San Francisco, California, so as long as you’re able to do at least a few meetings with us throughout the week, you can work from any location / any city.
