Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire top talent for key positions including:
Amazon Product Manager
Amazon PPC Specialist
Design Team Lead
Various other design and operational roles
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates.
Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are integrated effectively into the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
