Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Home to Host. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and calls.
-Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
-Research various topics and prepare reports as needed.
-Assist in personal tasks and projects for the CEO.
-Coordinate with team members and team leaders, acting as a liaison between the CEO and the rest of the company.
-Use task management tools such as Todoist to organize and prioritize projects.
-Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to the CEO.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in using basic task management tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative.
-Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
-Knowledge of the short-term property management industry is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (UK time)
Friday: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (UK time)
Sunday: 1-2 hours for urgent tasks
Note: Full-time position (40 hours per week)
