About you
You will need to have a minimum of 4+ years of Australian Public Accounting experience, with sound knowledge of Australian taxation, bookkeeping, and admin procedures and experience using Xero and MYOB.
Job Summary / Responsibilities
The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for undertaking all production accounting activities, including preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements, and delivering associated quality, professional accounting outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Attending monthly company and taxation training.
Review less experienced team members’ work/delegate tasks.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly payroll.
Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
individuals
sole traders
partnerships
companies
trusts
You will also be required to work solely and exclusively for the firm.
