Job Description:
The primary role involves managing accounts on Pintest, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and initiating contact using template messages. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging customers who are setting up new homes. Comprehensive training through explanatory videos is provided to ensure a clear understanding of job tasks. Additionally, the role includes engaging with the community by commenting, liking, and following/unfollowing on these platforms to grow our accounts.
Content creation is a priority, with responsibilities including writing, editing, and designing posts. Clear guidelines will be provided, and proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is highly desirable.
Major Functions:
Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
Engage with the community through comments, likes, and follows to foster interaction and grow our accounts.
Content creation
Copywriting
Manage multiple accounts effectively.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
Experience with Canva for content creation.
Proficiency in content editing and writing for posts.
Familiarity with Pinterest is a plus.
Experience with Photoshop, video editing software, or other design tools.
Proficient in English.
Enthusiastic and proactive.
Availability:
Flexible, with an expectation of 25-30 hours of work per week, potentially more based on workload. Candidates are free to set their work hours but must adhere to standard principles of documentation, including logging start and end times.
Expectations:
Candidates must possess their own laptop and phone for effective social media management. Hours are flexible, with a requirement for meticulous documentation of work hours.
Working Conditions/Salary:
The starting salary is €125-150 per month for 25-30 hours of work per week, with rapid progression for outstanding performance.
Bonuses:
Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1.5 month of collaboration.
Salary increases every 2-3 months based on performance.
Special leave on the first day of the menstrual period.
