EMS is now looking for an HR Assistant to work with our team!

The Evacuation Map Store is a company that is trained and specialized in creating emergency evacuation route map displays. Our goal is to save lives worldwide, one building at a time!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Hr team in the recruitment process such as:
1. Drafting and posting job ads
2. Filtering and reviewing candidates
3. Scheduling interviews
4. Conducting interviews with candidates via Zoom
5. Evaluating candidates
6. Conducting orientation to newly hired candidates

Our Recruitment process:

To help us find the right candidate, we will be sending you a series of 4 emails. Each email contains a link to a questionnaire. Once you submit each questionnaire, the next email will be sent to you automatically which includes the link to the next questionnaire.

Once you have completed all 4 questionnaires, we will review your answers and decide if we would like to schedule an interview with you! 🙂
