24,000 USD PayPal Disputes: Dispute Resolution Specialist Needed To Resolve Two Open Disputes With PayPal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to help us recover a total of 20,000 USD from TikTok ads via PayPal disputes.

Background:

We have been using TikTok ads for a while. In TikTok ads you can choose either automatic payments or manual payments. Manual payments means that you “prepay” for the ad spent that you will later use and essentially “load up a balance”. We loaded up a 24k balance and after 4k spent all our ads account got banned. That means we had (and we still have!) a 20k balance in our tiktok ad accounts, when the ban hit, which we never used. Now tiktok is refusing to send us back the 20k balance or transferring it to another account.

As a PayPal Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for opening and winning these two disputes with PayPal for payments made to TikTok ads from our business account. One dispute is for 11,000 USD, and the other one is for 13,000 USD. You will receive a compensation for whatever revenue you recover, meaning if you recover all 24k you will receive a compensation for that.

Responsibilities:

Open and manage PayPal disputes for the 11,000 USD and 13,000 USD payments made to TikTok ads from our business account.
Provide all necessary documentation and evidence to PayPal in the best possible way to win the dispute cases.
Work closely with PayPal to resolve the disputes and recover the 20,000 USD (or 24,000 USD) balance that is currently being held by TikTok.

Requirements:

Proven experience in opening and winning PayPal disputes for large amounts of money.
Knowledge of PayPal’s dispute resolution process and policies.
Familiarity with TikTok’s advertising policies and processes.
Knowing how to submit evidence in the best possible way to win disputes
Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and detailed documentation to support the disputes.

Compensation:
The person who successfully recovers our 20,000 USD balance via PayPal dispute will receive a 10% compensation of the total sum recovered.
