Position: Business Development Representative
Working Hours : 10:00pm-6:00am PH Time| US Holidays Off
Salary Range: $800 – 1500 + Commissions
Summary of Position:
Our Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for generating new sales
opportunities and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. You will also be in charge of
prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads.
Responsibilities
– Quickly become an expert on our content & partnership offerings.
– Identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook.
– Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in our CRM.
– Write engaging email outreach sequences and convert leads into opportunities.
– Join calls and/or listen to recordings and generate clear meeting notes, next steps and
buying decision questions (BDQs).
– Define and improve sales operations processes.
– Generate new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and
qualifying potential customers
– List building and ensuring fresh prospects are in the pipeline
Requirements
– 2-3 years of sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity.
– A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
– A general understanding of digital sales.
– Excellent communication skills — both written & verbal.
– Ability to build lead generation processes from scratch.
– Productivity tools: Notion, Slack, CRM.
– Competitive, hustler, grinder. Willing to go above and beyond.
– Resourcefulness and results driven operating style.
– Collaborative and coachable mindset – you should be excited about continuously
improving your skills and impact.

– Experience with HubSpot.
– Experience with Outreach, Gong.
