About Us:
Kinder World is an emotional wellbeing game designed to help users better respond to their own emotions through gentle gameplay and a wholesome story. You’ll get to grow your own virtual houseplants by completing simple mindful check-ins with yourself for no more than 2 minutes a day, twice a day.
As a leader in mobile games, we’re on a mission to find a multi-talented Graphic Designer proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and a true visual storyteller in video content creation, 2D animations and graphic design.
We’re seeking someone with the creative ability to conceptualise designs and video content creation from start to finish and elevate our brand’s visual identity across various platforms, mainly social media and digital advertising.

The Role:
The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and ad teams to deliver attention-grabbing graphic design and thumb-stopping video content.
From Instagram video stories to Facebook static ads and everything in between, your work will be front and centre, attracting and engaging large audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Design: Craft compelling visual ads in static and video content creation forms that resonate on Instagram, Facebook and targeted digital advertising and repurposing and optimising content for various social channels e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.
Conceptualisation: Use your power of design thinking to translate design briefs into inspiring designs and video content creation.
Video Content Creation: Create captivating content that grabs the audience’s attention and drives user engagement.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our marketing and ad departments to execute engaging designs that elevate the brand across social media

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other video editing software experience welcomed.
– Experience in video editing
– A robust portfolio that showcases your flair in social media design, conceptualisation, and video content creation.
– Exceptional skill in typography, colour theory, and layout design.
– Strong conceptual thinking: the ability to execute a brief and drive the design vision.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
