Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & (Partial) Video Editor. Working alongside an established team you will manage the creation of ads for our 80+ client portfolio.

As a Graphic Designer & (Partial) Video Editor, you must be well-versed in Adobe Illustrator or comparable editing software,
alongside Adobe Premier Pro or comparable video editing software.

Requirements

– Proven 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design
– Experience in creating imagery to be used in Facebook Ad campaigns
– Advanced knowledge of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro is essential
– Ideally experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

Key Responsibilities

Designing High-Impact Ads: Create visually compelling graphic designs for various digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram ads.

Video Editing: Perform partial video editing tasks to enhance visual content for digital marketing purposes, using tools like Adobe Premier Pro.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs and videos align with the company’s brand identity and client requirements.

Adaptability to Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain cutting-edge ad campaigns.

Client Portfolio Management: Handle multiple projects for the company’s extensive client portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.

Feedback Implementation: Actively participate in team meetings and feedback sessions to refine ads based on client and team input.

Meta Platform Expertise: Leverage expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to optimize ad designs for maximum engagement and conversion.

Continuous Learning and Improvement: Engage in ongoing learning and training provided by the company to enhance skills in graphic design and video editing.

Innovative Thinking: Bring new ideas and creative solutions to the table to improve the quality and effectiveness of digital advertising content.

Time Zone: Australian Time Zone (Sydney)
