We are an established, growing, and dynamic Real Estate Investment company in Newark. We are seeking 3 FULL TIME, experienced, and highly motivated Investment Associates to work in Northern New Jersey. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced work environment. This is a permanent – direct hire position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
– Negotiate property pricing and run comparisons on properties daily
– Schedule walkthroughs, negotiate price, draft and secure assignment contracts, and understand each and every deal.
– Able to hit weekly and monthly sales goals
– Frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers, as well as potential in-person meet-ups with clients
– Building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments and showing properties within the area
– Network on the phone or online with investors and builders to generate opportunities for the company.
– Cultivate and maintain high-level client relationships
– Work with an energetic team and have fun
– Work with the sales and legal team to get the deal from contract to the closing table
– Provide company with Daily reporting
– Enter all relevant notes into company CRM (Salesforce) on a daily basis
The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail but also a sense of urgency. Someone who thrives on results but is a very likable person. We are looking for someone who is confident but kind and is able to manage their time and responsibilities.
Requirements
– 1 year of work experience
– Experienced in email, Microsoft word, google calendar, etc
– Real Estate Experience Preferred but not required
