We are a high-profile software company, with over 10,000 global customer base.

We are seeking Experienced Customer Support (3 hours a day) to address all our customer queries for all our products.

You will work with a team of high performers. They are friendly, and nice people, the best part, is they are all working remotely in the Philippines!

Your Work Approach:
1. Email Replies using our templated answers, in a respectful and courteous way.
2. Shooting of Loom videos.
3. Whatsapp Support

Details of your work:
1. Using our Templated Answers, reply to the customer, provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with product-related issues or technical difficulties.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products/services and stay updated on any changes or updates.
4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

How your day will look like in 3 hours:
– At least 20 emails per hour, recorded in our system. Each email should only take 3-5mins with our templated answers.
OR
– At least 5-10 Loom videos(3-5mins long) per hour, with voice only.
– Work in a team based environment, everyone here is nice and friendly!!

Requirements:
1. English Score: C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Advanced/Mastery) ONLY.
*you will not be considered if you do not have an English Score or below C1 or C2
2. Experience in using Loom to shoot videos.
3. Hold a degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid foundation in hospitality or interpersonal skills. Preferably from top universities in the Philippines.
