We’re a small but growing team located in California. As we expand, we’re looking for people to fill the following positions to help out with the day to day operations. We’re currently looking for people to start ASAP.
Pay depends on experience and level of expertise, along with your communication skills.
Paid twice a month with other perks.
Work schedule may vary:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Mondays through Fridays OR Wednesdays through Sundays
1. Transaction Coordinator – URGENT
– At least a year of experience with transactions
– CA real estate transaction experience is a plus
– Familiar with Docusign, Rezen, Glide, Chime, Google Sheets, Canva (preferred but not required)
– Ability to solve problems
– Able to work independently
– Organized
– AWESOME communication skills

2. Graphic Designer with Social Media Management Experience
– MUST know how to use Canva or Photoshop
– Able to stick to posting schedule
– Administrative skills is a plus
***You will also be working as an administrative assistant from time to time, helping out with the transactions team when things are slow. Such as ordering photos, creating listing websites, ***
3. ISA/Customer Service Rep (not SALES) – URGENT
– PERFECT communication skills
– Able to nurture leads and answer follow-up questions
– Able to be on top of incoming inqueries
***You will NOT be cold calling leads***
