About the Work:
Working Schedule: Flexible
Salary: USD 1,000 – 2,000

SCOPE OF WORK:
– Marketing planning: Collaborate with management to build, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive marketing plan
– Email marketing: Build, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive email marketing plan and calendar 3-6 months in advance, including sending regular weekly campaigns
– Email marketing: Audit current flows and recommend build out of new email marketing flows on a regular basis
– Social Media (Organic): Build, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive social media plan across Instagram, Facebook, – – ——— Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and other desirable social media platforms as determined
– Influencer Marketing: Build, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive influencer marketing plan, including executing and managing research and outreach, discussing and negotiating terms, building and signing agreements, and confirming and completing collaborations
– Social Media (Paid): Build, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive creative development plan, including UGC
– Social Media (Paid): Assist with managing and launching paid media campaigns as needed to improve ROAS, increase sales, reach new audiences, and build brand awareness
– Affiliate Marketing. Build, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive affiliate marketing plan, including identification and outreach to key business development and affiliates on a regular basis
– Partnership Marketing: Reach out to potential partners, such as revenue share partners, advertorial partners, content partners, and media outlets
– Promotions. Collaborate with team to plan, execute, and iterate on the holiday and promotion calendar across marketing channels
– Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
– Oversee other marketing initiatives as required
– Oversee marketing vendors as required
– Be a persistent advocate for the One Bed brand and the benefits our products provide
– Build processes, task procedures, and training materials, and interfacing with other departments as required to improve -performance metrics (such as customer satisfaction)
– Manage and motivate stakeholders, including direct reports, internal team members, and external partners and agencies
– Train and oversee additional marketing and/or support staff as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– Good communication skills
– At least two years experience as a marketing manager or similar role
– Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creating creative campaigns to reach those audiences, leading to increased sales, customers, or other measurable results
– Email Marketing. Experience managing and deploying email marketing campaigns with common email marketing software, such as Klaviyo or similar tools
– Social media. Experience with social media content creation, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and/or TikTok, professionally, personally, or both.
– Digital Marketing. Some experience with Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads, Facebook/IG ads, TikTok ads, or Pinterest ads
– Some experience with photo editing tools, such as Canva or Photoshop
– Strong portfolio, personal and/or professional, of advertising, marketing, and/or design work. Please provide links and your role in creation with your submission.
– Some prior copywriting experience
– Experience managing marketing campaigns towards target KPIs and reporting results to management
– Understanding of marketing terminology (ROAS, CPA, MER, etc) or the ability to quickly learn concepts and requirements
– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
– Proactive personality and self-motivator
– Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality of work
– Outstanding written and spoken English and communication skills
– Basic math and problem solving skill
– Ability to effectively negotiate terms with influencers, media companies, affiliates, partners, and other parties
– Experience using online marketing and Analytics tools, such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Shopify, ZenDesk, online chat, Slack, Google Sheets, or other common online and e-commerce software
– Ability to learn new applications quickly
– Reliable computer and reliable high-speed internet connection
– Team player, ability to take direction and work with co-workers to improve themselves, the team, and others daily
– Desire for a long-term position and career
– Strong typing speed, 50-60+ typing speed is highly desirable. Typing test certification is required to submit

PREFERRED (NICE-TO-HAVE):
– Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field
– Education or certifications in Sales and Marketing
– Influencer Marketing. Some experience planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
– Experience in e-commerce marketing
– Experience in home goods and/or apparel
– Experience with YouTube video creation and optimization highly desirable, either professionally or personally
– Some experience with video editing with tools such as DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut is helpful
– Knowledge of additional marketing strategies, channels, and branding strategies beyond main responsibilities listed above, such as retail, physical media
