Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with specific expertise in Adobe Substance and photo editing. A significant part of this role involves 3D staging and editing of real estate photography. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating layouts and producing fast-turnaround, graphic-heavy reports. Your work will support our brand and marketing efforts, ensuring all materials are visually compelling and consistent with our vision.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media posts, and website content.
Perform 3D staging and editing of real estate photography to enhance property listings and promotional materials.
Design and texture 3D assets using Adobe Substance, providing innovative visual solutions for our real estate projects.
Enhance and retouch photos to meet professional standards, ensuring all images are visually appealing and consistent with our brand.
Develop layouts and produce graphic-heavy reports with fast turnaround times.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content that drives interest and engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring all materials align with our company’s visual identity.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and innovative.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or tech industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Substance, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design and photo editing skills, with examples of your work in various mediums.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing your time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
