We’re looking to hire a full-time 3D architect. No previous experience required as our software can be learned in a few hours. We will provide video training on how to use our 3D software.
Our company specializes in turning 2D photos into 3D environments and we’ve built proprietary software that allows us to do that with ease.
Duties and responsibilities
– On a daily basis you will receive dozens of images that you will need to turn into 3D environments
– Once you have a 3D environment, it’s time to put your interior design creativity to work (We will provide training and teach you how to design interior spaces from scratch)
– You will join our Slack channel where you will communicate with the team members
– When you are online, you need to be responsive and respond to messages within minutes (except for when you’re on a break)
Who We’re Looking For
– Fluent in English as each project comes with specific instructions on how to perform the task
– Good spatial awareness. Working with 3D objects, you’ll need to have good spatial awareness
– Tech-savvy. While our software is easy to learn, we find that people who are good with technology and are able to master new technologies quickly, do best at this job
– Good computer. Ideally, your computer has 16GB of RAM and a newer CPU. Any operating system works. Reliable Internet connection is also important.
– Friendly and positive attitude
Compensation and Working Hours
– The standard compensation is $700 USD per month + performance
– You are expected to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
– Every week you will have 2 days off, however, once every 3 months you will need to work on Saturdays and Sundays and have Mondays and Tuesdays off
– Based on your performance, additional bonuses are paid out on a quarterly basis
– You can take at least 20 days off per year
– You can apply for the shift that best suits you (7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM or 11PM–7AM – Manila time)
