3D Artist for Archviz

We are seeking:

A highly skilled and motivated 3D Artist with a passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in creating photorealistic renderings of architectural projects. Specializing in multifamily/apartment projects, with the opportunity to work on commercial buildings and large custom homes, we are looking for someone who can bring our visions to life with accuracy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

–Create high-quality photorealistic renderings of architectural projects, primarily focused on multifamily/apartment projects, with occasional work on commercial buildings and large custom homes.
–Interpret and work from architectural drawings and plans to develop detailed 3D models.
–Apply textures, lighting, and shading to produce lifelike images that meet project specifications.
–Collaborate with our design team to understand project requirements and provide input on the visual representation of architectural designs.
–Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, with a commitment to working 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Requirements:

–Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings of architectural projects.
–Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings. Expertise in leading 3D rendering software and technologies- 3dsMax, Vray, Vantage are preferred. Revit, AutoCad, are helpful. Blender or Sketchup will make collaboration challenging, but not impossible.
–PC Requirements: Own a high-performance PC capable of handling large, complex scenes for quick rendering processes. RTX or equivalent graphics cards recommended. We may be able to assist with PC upgrades after some time.
–Language Skills: Very good comprehension of the English language is essential for effective communication with our international team.
–Educational Background: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
