Roles and Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D models and visualizations of construction projects using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate and visually appealing 3D designs.
Utilize Quantity Surveying knowledge to analyze project requirements and accurately estimate quantities and costs.
Work with Price a Job software to provide accurate pricing for projects and generate comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project designs align with budget constraints and timelines.
Assist in reviewing and optimizing construction processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a 3D designer in the construction industry.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying principles and techniques.
Familiarity with Price a Job software or similar quantity surveying tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
