Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Virtual Assistant specializing in 3D modelling and design to support our team at Bison Construction Ltd. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

3D Modelling and Design: Create detailed and accurate 3D models and designs for construction projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Project Visualization: Develop realistic visualizations and renderings of proposed construction projects to aid in client presentations, marketing materials, and project planning.

Design Modifications: Assist in modifying and revising existing 3D models and designs based on client feedback, project requirements, and design changes.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that 3D models and designs align with project specifications and objectives.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and project files, to ensure clear communication and project continuity.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in 3D modelling technology, and best practices to enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and reviews of 3D models and designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Bison Construction standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D Modeller or similar role, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and design standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise 3D models and designs.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
UK-based with eligibility to work remotely and availability for virtual meetings and collaboration.
