3D Video Animation Expert

As a 3D Video Animation Expert, you will be responsible for transforming ideas, concepts, and scripts into high-quality, realistic 3D animations. Your expertise will help our clients effectively communicate their messages and captivate their audiences through visually engaging videos. You will work closely with our talented team to create compelling visual narratives that exceed expectations. This is mainly for weight video ads, think about fat cells shrinking etc

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Create storyboards, concept art, and animatics to outline the visual narrative.
* Develop and execute 3D animation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
* Utilize a range of software and tools, such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent, to produce realistic and visually stunning animations.
* Rig, animate, and texture characters, objects, and environments.
* Implement lighting, camera work, and visual effects to enhance the overall aesthetics of the animations.
* Collaborate with other team members, including modelers, texture artists, and compositors, to ensure seamless integration of assets.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continually improve your skills.

Requirements:
* Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3D video animation across various styles and genres.
* Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools, such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent.
* Excellent understanding of animation principles, composition, and storytelling.
* Solid knowledge of character rigging, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking feedback and iterating on designs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a creative agency or production studio.
* Familiarity with motion capture technology and techniques.
* Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
