ROLE:
We are looking for a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (Personal Assistant) with expertise in Client and Calendar management to join our team to improve Happiness at work, family and life. (100% remote work with full benefits)
TASKS:
CLIENT MANAGEMENT: You will liaise with our corporate clients through email mostly, and maybe some voice chats or video calls to confirm engagements, gather information required for mental health workshops
PARTNER MANAGEMENT: You will liaise with our team of psychologists, counsellors, coaches to confirm engagements, brief about client requirements and expectations.
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT: You will update google calendar with confirmed engagements, setup meetings, create zoom meeting links for talks, workshops, and prepare materials for upcoming meetings / workshops
COLLABORATE WITH OUR TALENTED DESIGNER: You will work with our designer to produce the final product of eBooks for lead generation.
PRODUCER FOR VIRTUAL LIVE CLASSES: You will support our team of psychologists, coaches in the presentation of the virtual workshops, you will admit participants, show opening slides, play intro music, introduce the speaker, manage chat.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Mastery in command of English for effective writing
– Ability to work independently
– Proficient in digital tools such as google calendar, google suite of services, zoom, webex, teams,
– Have own Computer with Internet connection
– Some working hours overlapping in Singapore Timezone
– Candidates with Prior Experience in a similar role will have an advantage
SALARY, PERKS & BENEFITS:
– 3 Months Contract Position with Option to Convert to Full-time
– 15K/mth
– Bonus of 15K at the end of 3mth Contact if meet expectations
– Option to Convert to Permanent Role at the end of 3 Months Contract
–> Paid Leave of 14 days per year, pro-rated to 3 months for contract work
-> Paid Sick Leave up to 14 days per year, pro-rated up to 3 months for contract work
