As a Dispute Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving Klarna and PayPal disputes, as well as credit card chargeback cases. We’re seeking an expert problem solver who can leverage their expertise and knowledge to ensure that we win the majority of our cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all dispute cases related to Klarna, PayPal, and credit card chargebacks.
* Investigate and gather evidence to support our claims in dispute cases.
* Communicate effectively with customers, payment processors, and other relevant parties to resolve disputes in a timely manner.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase our success rate in dispute resolution.
* Monitor and report on dispute trends and identify areas for improvement in our processes.
* Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Service, to prevent disputes and chargebacks whenever possible.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to dispute resolution.
Qualifications:
* Strong problem-solving and problem-preventing skills and the ability to think critically.
* In-depth knowledge of Klarna and PayPal dispute resolution processes.
* Familiarity with credit card chargeback processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A track record of successfully managing and resolving disputes in a high-volume, e-commerce environment.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
