We are a small automotive service company in UK.
Our friendly team is looking for a full-time, long-term sales deal closer.
Not for part time freelancers, full time only.
Our customers are everybody who owns a car or a van and needs to replace their broken glass.
They are asking quotes and your help is needed to close these deals.

About the Job:
*Answer inbound calls and make outbound internet calls with our IT-system (all calls will be recorded for quality and training purposes)
*Respond inbound web inquiries
*Work together in a team with other sales people and share commissions
*Negotiate with customers over phone or via messages, close deals, book jobs, order parts
*Attend daily meetings
When do you work?
UK is in GMT timezone which means 8 hour difference.
7AM in UK is 3PM in PH.
Only proceed if this time difference is okay for you.
We use EOWEO shift: “every other weekend off.”
12-hour shift 07:00-19:00 UK time, 1 hour lunch included (3PM-3AM PH time)
EOWEO repeative 14-day pattern, starting from Monday and cycle ends next week Sunday:
Mon+Tue ON__Wed+Thu OFF__Fri+Sat+Sun ON
Mon+Tue OFF__Wed+Thu ON__Fri+Sat+Sun OFF
We don’t have usual “Monday to Friday” which is 21-23 working days per month, our EOWEO shift pattern is about 15-16 working days per month.
Tool requirements:
*Noise cancelling headset (Plantronics 628, Jabra 40 for example)
*Own laptop or PC
*HIGH SPEED internet connection
*Quiet home office

Base monthly salary £500 (approx. 32k PHP) + uncapped commission
Average total earnings £750-£1000 (45k-64k PHP) or more.
By-weekly payments to your bank account.
13th month pay.

Paid leaves after working 6 months with us:
Vacation leaves 13 days per year.
Sick leaves.
