This is a small, customer focused Australian based business that helps Amazon Australia FBA sellers with their warehousing and FBA preparation requirements.
I need someone to take over the day-to-day operations as well as helping with initiatives to grow the business further.
This is an exciting long-term opportunity for you.

JOB OVERVIEW
You’ll be responsible for running the operations, starting with just a few tasks.
As you learn, you’ll gradually be in charge of most operations. We’ll train you on everything.
Main Responsibilities:
Delivering excellent customer support
Onboarding new clients
Backend operations
Creating SOPs / work instructions
Marketing activities
You’ll answer customer and supplier requests over email, phone and chat. You’ll give quotes, set up clients, solve order and shipping problems, create and process invoices, update spreadsheets, etc.
You’ll also be working on initiatives to grow the business such as content marketing and B2B outreach programs. As needed, you may be asked to assist our other Amazon FBA and consulting businesses with their operations as well.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Preferred:
– Customer service experience
– Amazon FBA experience
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
– *REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
– Work Environment: Be able to answer the emails at any time during business hours.
WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) with a lunch break. There is some flexibility with these times.
