As our Research Specialist, you’ll ensure our database is the go-to resource for accurate and up-to-date gaming, trading card products, and store information. If you’re detail-oriented, love research, and are excited about contributing to the gaming community, we want you on our team. While the role is focused on data entry, list building, and market research, you may also engage in some content or social media-related tasks as needed.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
Daily Reporting: Send email reports detailing your completed and ongoing tasks.
Web Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new stores and products for our listings database.
Website Updates: Use WordPress to update our site with new product listings, links, and store information, ensuring everything is accurate and complete.
Database Management: Help organize and verify the accuracy of our product and store databases, maintaining the highest data integrity standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, offering research insights to enhance content creation.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Web Research Proficiency: Experienced in using search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) for web research.
Data Entry Skills: High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
WordPress Familiarity: Basic understanding of WordPress for updating website pages.
Soft Skills

Baseline Skills
Communication: Excellent English skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools like Google Meets, Slack, and Discord.
Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management software (ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
You’ll use some of the abovementioned applications during your day-to-day role. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with at least 1 or 2 from each category.

Work Schedule & Holidays
This is a full-time position.
Mondays through Fridays, 8 hours per day. The exact time you choose to work daily is flexible.
Work in your own timezone
There is a one-month probation period.
Qualify for Vacation & sick leave after 3 months.
We’re off on all Filipino holidays – regular & special.
Salary
$450/mo for full-time work (40 hours a week) with payment through EasyPay.
Perks & Benefits
Vacation & Sick Days – Once the 3 months have passed, take as much time as you wish; please let us know when you’re taking it—at least 7 days in advance.
You’ll be paid every Friday for the remainder of the month you were hired.
Then, your compensation shall be paid semi-monthly (Twice monthly) on the 15th and 31st (or 30th) of each month.
After 4 months of employment, your monthly salary will be increased by $25.
13th-month Paycheck – Paid out in Dec., Prorated to your start date as long as you started before November.
Annual Performance-Based Raises- $0-$50/mo increase Depending on performance
Training Provided
If accepted, you’ll be provided with the training required to complete the list of responsibilities above
As time goes on and you become more experienced, you’ll also be trained on other responsibilities that arise in the business.
