A Social Media Manager

We are a growing coaching company with a strong focus on supporting women entrepreneurs. We’re currently seeking a talented Social Media Manager on a part-time contract basis who has a knack for visual storytelling, a keen understanding of content strategy, and a flair for graphic design.

**Key Responsibilities**

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

> Design compelling and brand-aligned graphics for various social media platforms.
> Repurpose content from email and videos to create engaging content.
> Develop and implement an engaging content strategy that speaks to our target audience.
> Create innovative and appealing social media content, including but not limited to reels, stories, posts, and live interactions.
> Monitor and analyse performance metrics to fine-tune strategy and improve engagement.
> Stay updated with industry trends and updates, ensuring our strategies remain current and effective.

**Qualifications**

The ideal candidate:

> Has a proven track record in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably within the coaching industry.
> Is proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva.
> Has experience creating and editing engaging video content (reels, stories).
> Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Understands the dynamics of the coaching industry, particularly in relation to women entrepreneurs.
> Has a passion for empowering female business coaches through strategic and impactful content.
> Is familiar with analytics tools and can translate data into actionable insights.
> Understands our target audience and can translate that understanding into engaging, shareable content.
