We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sponsorships Assistant to help our Sponsorships Manager with evaluating and documenting YouTube channels, coordinating PR orders, drafting sponsorship agreements, and assisting with various other tasks the role needs to ensure successful collaborations.
This role is fully remote and requires you to work in either Europe or Asia time zones. Salary starts in the $700-$1200 USD per month range. Benefits are outlined in detail below.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and disciplined Sponsorships Assistant.
We need someone who:
Is super organized, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Is confident communicating with our Sponsorships Manager, external partners, and freelancers to relay information both written and verbal.
Is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable with online work.
Is detail-oriented, able to pay close attention to details, ensuring accuracy in tasks and reporting.
Is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative when necessary.
Is reliable, someone who is consistent in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Is responsive through our various communication channels, promptly responding to messages as appropriate.
Someone who has 1+ year working experience.
You should also have these attributes:

Training and resources will be provided in your journey, but ultimately you can take on a project and get things DONE. You are resourceful, goal-driven, creative, persistent, and can accomplish objectives without much hand-holding.
*You have excellent time management
Ample time will be given to complete your tasks but you must prove your ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
*You must be comfortable with numbers and data
There will be a fair amount of work involving data and numbers and you should be able to take these projects on with an open mind.
*You can maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor
This position involves considerable interaction and not everyone you speak to will be polite. If you are easily rattled by rejection or rudeness, this is probably not for you.

HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Vetting our list of prospective creator partners and checking for correct information such as brand fit, email address, and contact name, among others.
Placing PR orders for selected creators and other external partners, making sure we deliver the correct items on time.
Drafting sponsorship agreements for confirmed creators, ensuring that all data is accurate.
Requesting discount codes for confirmed partners.
Tracking and compiling sponsorship data.
Maintaining organized documentation and files related to sponsorships and influencer seeding.
Reporting project/task updates to the Sponsorships Manager on a regular basis and as needed.

Role & compensation:
Hours: Full-time
Salary Range: $700-1200 USD per month
Depending on experience.
Location: Anywhere / fully remote
You’ll need to work during Europe or Asia time zones, as that’s when our team members are online.
