JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a VERY detailed, resourceful and hardworking virtual business assistant who can truly work a VERY fast paced company and position. In this position, you will need to be flexible with to do’s as new to do’s may be added to your plate weekly. This is a 12 year old small business-which means that when projects are being launched-it’s ALL HANDS on deck.
You will need to be accessible on some weekends and after 6pm. We do not work every weekend nor every evening, but you do need to be accessible to work when needed and to answer the phone/text from Kristi when she has a question or needs assistance.
Some softwares we will provide the training for you. You will need to learn, then master some skills and software to stay in this position. Some of those softwares are:
Kajabi
Airtable
Dropbox
Clickup
Google Suite ( Gmail. Calendar, Drive )
Some Typical Daily Tasks for this Position Could Be:
1. Email Management/Filtering
appointments with clients
3. Answering support tickets (with the use of Zendesk)
4. Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
5. Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
6. Calendar Management
7. File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
8. Database building (eg. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)
9. Research on certain topics for blog posts, newsletters or others
10. Filter and reply to comments on your blog
11. Hotel and Flight Booking
12. Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)
13. Taking down minutes of meetings
14. Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
15. Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint Presentations)
16. Liaison between you and other team members
17. Recruitment (source for other team members like writers or graphic artists)
This list are example tasks and IS NOT all inclusive.
We need one strong person for this position for 40 hours a week.
The pay range is from $5-$7 per hour depending on experience
We will do a background check for this position and a 90-Day Paid probationary period.
Having a MacBook is not mandatory but will be highly useful for the job.
You will need to sign a non-compete and a non-disclosure contract to work with the Women CEO Project.
