Job Description

We are seeking a personal assistant who can do more than just schedule & travel itineraries. We need a highly motivated, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant for our CEO. The CEO is extremely unorganized. Therefore, being very organized is critical for this job. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

We are looking for someone who is open-minded and resourceful and is in touch with global trends such as AI.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and visa applications, managing calendars, and organizing documents and files.

Communication: Act as a point of contact between the team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics. It’s very important to be open-minded to learning new things and challenges.

Data Management: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of relevant data, such as market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory updates.

Content Distribution: Contribute to the creation of content, such as social media updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and webinars, including managing logistics, registrations, and promotional activities.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and issues related to our products or services

Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.

Team Support: Collaborate with team members to assist in project management, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

A well presentable & well-spoken person.

Practical experience in a similar role

Social media skills

People management skills

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Experience with cryptocurrencies is a big plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.

Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Cryptocurrency knowledge is a huge plus, the CEO work in that industry.
