Job Description

Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
• Media Buying: Create compelling graphics for the FB campagnes and product displays. Using canva, capcut, free dubbing en video editing tools. Making new creatives.
Operations and Customer Service:
• Shipping Times: Clearly communicate shipping times to customers, managing expectations.
• Responsive Support: Provide prompt and helpful customer support through email and live chat, ensuring a response time within 24 hours.
• Tracking and Updates: Provide order tracking information to customers and keep them updated on their shipment status.
• Handling Returns and Refunds: Providing refunds from PayPal land Klarna. Lower the dispute range talking with customers and giving information to the payment providers. We have our own return and refund policy.
• Customer Feedback: Handling customers questions about delevery time.
Product Management:
• Supplier Relationships: Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve any issues.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely order processing and shipping, using automation tools to streamline processes and keep customers informed.
• Inventory Management: Track suppliers’ stock levels to avoid selling out-of-stock products. Use inventory management tools to automate this process.
• Product Listings: Write comprehensive and compelling product descriptions highlighting key features, benefits, and usage instructions. We have our prompt.
Tools and Apps:
• Shopify, Zendesk, Gmail, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Shipstation, DeepL, Slack, Discord, Skype, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Trello, Notion, Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Productivity Tools (Sheets, Drive, Docs, etc.)
Skills and Expertise:
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding support, respond to inquiries, provide product details and delivery status, and address disputes and escalations.
• Dispute and Chargeback Management: Resolve disputes and chargeback cases effectively, analyze each case, and communicate with customers, payment providers, and financial institutions to negotiate fair resolutions.
• Process Improvement: Assess and optimize customer service, dispute management, and chargeback handling processes. Implement streamlined workflows, leverage automation tools, and enhance internal procedures for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ecommerce and Online Marketplace Knowledge:
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Groupon, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Salesforce, and ClickUp.
• Expertise in dispute resolution and chargeback prevention.
• Knowledge of payment providers including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Adyen, WorldPay, and Checkout.
• Proficiency in order processing, fulfillment, and tracking tools such as 17Track, USPS, DHL, Shipbob, ShipStation, YunTrack, YunExpress, and Cainiao.
• Experience with dropshipping and supplier management platforms like AliExpress, Oberlo, Printify, and Alibaba.
• Ability to manage website updates, FAQs, and process creation and optimization using tools like Canva, Trello, Confluence, Jira, and Asana.
• Social media management skills across platforms including Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
