Very simple: I am looking for a FULL TIME (160+ hours) TOP Professional business-minded VA who can help level up our business. With up to 500USD monthly.

Hey You,
Welcome. My name is Adam and I’m looking for a full-time independent Virtual Assistant (VA).
The work time will be according to your time zone because of my frequently traveling schedule.
Our social enterprise start-up aims to change and influence the world, makes people more knowledgeable by facilitating access to knowledge-sharing, tools and co-creation of opportunities for people and businesses with fewer resources around the world.
The tasks I am looking for you to complete are:
Main tasks (primary):
• Ghost writing & copy writing focusing specifically on sales copies.
• Creating written content for our Social Media platforms in collaboration with our content creator.
• Writing and replying to business e-mails.
• Proofread and correct my drafts.
• Be a step ahead of me with my support.
Other tasks (secondly):
• Social Media handling and engagement: Writing, posting, replying, and managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Performing various administrative work, such as follow up on events and meetings, transcription of videos and voice memos. But most of it is automatized.
• Meeting coordination and calendar handling.
• Handling tasks from me giving via voice memo, calls, or text.
Requirements – how to succeed in the role:
This is not a position where you are just being told what to do and where you are not allowed to ask any questions. On the contrary, I expect that you take an active part in our team. And that you are proactive by providing your suggestions and views to the table. And to be on point with your tasks.
I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience who:
• is highly skilled in English both written and verbally.
• has excellent written and communication skills and who knows how to create texts, posts and written material that are engaging and capture our community of followers, clients, and upcoming partners.
• has a professional mindset and a proactive attitude. You are on top of things and keep me updated daily. Furthermore, you are not afraid to ask questions, come up with suggestions and ideas for improvements.
• can work independently to accomplish tasks.
• has a good understanding of the VA role and how you as a VA can provide the best possible service to me and the HubLearn Group.
• has a stable internet connection and good digital skills.
• wants to collaborate with a CEO who has a Nordic leadership style and with a diverse team.
• has the eagerness to learn and improve continuously.

Further details about the position:
You will be part of the HubLearn Group core team, but you will be working as an independent contractor. That means you will get a contractor contract.
