We are seeking a highly skilled, tasteful, and reliable social media expert to join our team. This is a long-term and full time position for someone who is thorough, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating high-quality content. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when necessary as well as the ability to work during Los Angeles timezone is important. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cinematic and minimalist design, video/photo editing, and social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, to build a strong online community and drive engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing:
– Edit videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to create engaging and high-quality content.

2. Content Creation:
– Create visually appealing Instagram Carousels and Stories.
– Retouch videos and photos to maintain a high standard of quality.

3. Content Strategy:
– Plan and strategize content ideas to align with our brand and marketing goals.
– Develop and execute content calendars.

4. Daily Posting:
– Post content daily across various social media platforms.

5. Community Building:
– Build and manage a Facebook Group to foster a strong community.

6. Sales Funnels:
– Execute and optimize sales funnels to convert followers into customers.

7. Copywriting:
– Write engaging captions, comments, and blogs to enhance engagement.

8. Hashtag Strategy:
– Utilize effective hashtags for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to increase reach and visibility.

9. Audience Growth:
– Implement strategies to gain true fans, followers, and high engagement in comments.

10. Advertising:
– Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in video editing, photo retouching, and content creation.
– Excellent understanding of minimalist design principles.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
– Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and blogs.
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
– Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
