Your role is to help clients to achieve their goals. The expected outcomes are to retain existing clients, promote all internal offers to improve clients’ results and motivate clients through holding clients accountable, coaching knowledgeable clients, and customer servicing for smooth and happy customer experiences.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Engage, motivate and empower clients to lose weight, monitor their status, hold them accountable, and provide excellent customer experiences.
Organise and conduct weight loss programs and activities, including weight loss plans, identify the root cause of weight gain, guide clients to lose weight, set realistic goals, and help clients to overcome challenges to achieve their desired weight loss goals.
Be the point of contact with assigned clients to provide weight loss coordination, navigation and communication for weight loss matters.
Responsible for the successful fulfilment of the weight loss program.
Support documentation and tracking of data for program monitoring and evaluation
Work closely with every client assigned to keep them excited and motivated to comply with the program and hold them accountable to achieve their targeted weights.
Participate in all internal offers and events the business holds by announcing them to get clients excited before and after every session.
Collaborate with clients and solution partners to coordinate care to meet their needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Not required, but good to have – a recognised Diploma, preferably in health-related fields like Sports Science, Nutrition, Psychology and Behavioural Science
At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the health and wellness industry
Prior frontline experience interacting with patients, residents or customers
Wealth loss coaching experience will be an advantage but not compulsory, as training will be provided
Strong interest in engaging people in improving their health (weight loss)
A strong team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Resourcefulness in problem-solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
Strong organisational and event management skills, with a keen eye for details
