Position Overview:
Revi Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Account Associates by managing essential tasks during the weekends. This role ensures that our client services run smoothly, even outside regular business hours, providing uninterrupted support and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Client Account Management: Log into various client CRMs to handle specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) designed to assist in lead conversion and sales for our clients. This includes monitoring and responding to client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to any issues that arise during weekends.
– Data Entry and Maintenance: Update and maintain client information in their respective CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This includes entering new leads, updating existing client details, and tracking progress.
– Report Generation: Prepare and distribute regular reports on account activities, client interactions, and sales metrics. Ensure all data is up-to-date and available for weekday associates to review.
– Communication Support: Assist with drafting and sending out communications to clients, including updates, newsletters, and other relevant information. Ensure all client communications are professional and aligned with company standards.
– Task Coordination: Manage and coordinate weekend tasks as per outlined SOPs, ensuring all responsibilities are completed and transitioned smoothly to weekday associates.
– Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and other tasks as needed to support client accounts and internal operations.
Qualifications:
– Experience: Prior experience in a virtual assistant or account management role, particularly with CRM systems, is preferred.
– Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various CRM systems and other account management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
– Availability: Must be available to work weekends and respond to client needs promptly.
