Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in establishing our agency, managing our client accounts and overseeing the operations of our virtual assistant agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a background in working with virtual assistant agencies, and a strong ability to collaborate with a team. This position requires someone who is reliable, independent, respectful, hardworking, and passionate about delivering outstanding results, and could add value in establish our VA business.

Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations, and ensure that our virtual assistant services align with their requirements.

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of virtual assistants, ensuring that each team member is equipped to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our virtual assistant business operations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of virtual assistants, providing feedback, guidance, and support as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the agency and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Uphold the values of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
Demonstrate a long-term mindset and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Improve system, workflow, operations, and tools used in business operation. Create report about KPI and business operation.
Attend online meeting

Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a virtual assistant agency or similar role, with a strong understanding of virtual assistant services and operations.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Passionate about delivering high-quality results and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
