The Role:
Are you a master juggler who loves partnering with clients to elevate their marketing? We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team!

As part of our accounts team and reporting to our Director of Client Services, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in planning and overseeing marketing campaigns that drive real results – think lead generation, compelling digital ad campaigns, website conversions – all to get our clients more customers. Period. In short, you’ll be responsible for:
– Being the primary point of contact between Amplomedia and clients: ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
– Managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables: to maintain strong relationships and exceed client results
– Taking the lead: in disseminating client needs and objectives to internal teams that will translate into comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans
– Coordinating with internal teams: (i.e. graphic, digital ads, automation, and web development) to ensure the timely execution of client projects
– Maintaining meticulous records and documentation: to track project progress, budgets, and KPIs both internally for Amplomedia and externally for the client
– Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills: to effectively present ideas, updates, and recommendations clearly and concisely to clients
– Demonstrate excellent administrative skills and attention to detail: to ensure the accuracy and quality of all client-facing materials

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
– 3-5 years of project management or client management experience in a client-facing role
– Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines across various clients
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
– Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless project management
– Understanding of sales and marketing funnels to maximize campaign performance
– Experience managing time logs, budgets, and reporting
– Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with internal teams
– Passion for the digital marketing industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
– Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations

Bonus Points If You Have:
– Experience in specific industries relevant to Amplomedia’s client base (B2B services)
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
– Experience with project management software like Wrike, Basecamp, Asana, or similar
– A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving AI and digital marketing world
