Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (160 hours monthly)

What you’ll do

The company seeks an Account Executive to provide day-to-day execution support and monitor the team’s overall work status. The AE will assist teams across various high-complexity projects, focusing on shopper/retail marketing. They are looking for a high-energy individual who can be a true partner to clients and cross-functional agency teams, supporting, leading, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding creative work. This individual acts as a key client partner by offering insight and ensuring that deliverable deadlines are met on time and within budget. Projects may also encompass digital media strategies, social/digital marketing content, and omnichannel creative execution.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
Work hand-in-hand with the Account Director to manage day-to-day deliverables for multiple programs
Develop and execute solutions in alignment with client requests and agency procedures
Secure approval of production estimates and oversee production execution and budgets
Manage scheduling with clients and the internal team
Lead the execution of retail marketing programs with in-store, digital and traditional marketing components
Communicate and interact effectively with internal teams for all departments and/or clients to deliver timely client decisions and approvals.
Secure approval of production estimates and oversee production budgets
Lead development of omnichannel program recaps to all team members and clients
Proactively problem-solve to help keep projects moving forward (for internal and client teams)
Learn how to ‘actively’ listen in meetings so you can write precise and actionable recaps

What you should have

Minimum of 3 years of agency experience is required.
Experience in program management/execution and budget management is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of the role of shopper/retail marketing.
Proficient in managing the creative process with internal teams and external partners.
Capable of multitasking effectively, even in the face of frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent prioritization abilities.
Thrives on challenges and is a proactive problem-solver.
Proactive multitasker who can effectively manage up and down and collaboratively contribute to team efforts.
Experience in digital/social marketing is a plus.
Experience in Liquor/Spirits or Tobacco industries is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree required.
