About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic client onboarding team at ClickGUARD to manage the full sales cycle for prospecting, discovery calls, demos, negotiating, and closing new business. You’ll be responsible for responding to all requests, issues or cases pertaining to prospects and assigned accounts. This includes assuring immediate resolution or follow ups on a need basis until closure of inquiry.

About You

– Are a critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
– You are highly detail oriented and absolutely nothing gets by you.
– Are a native or highly fluent C1 level English speaker.
– You learn quickly and keep up with a fast-paced changing environment.

About the role
– Take control of the sales process by understanding prospect pain points,
– Manage pipeline by proactively leading prospects through the sales process.
– Conduct needs analysis and provide product demos that solve prospect needs.
– Build relationships using phone, video conferences, email, etc.
– Host web demos that showcase how product solves customer problems.
– Collect insights from prospects for our product development process.
– Be accountable for sales results.

What qualifies you for this role?
– Having worked in a closing role in the past where you exceeded sales targets.
– B2B SaaS experience preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
– PPC & digital marketing agency experience
– Ability to communicate highly technical issues with prospects.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Customer retention and relationship management experience.
