Account Executive
Arkonor LLC would be nowhere without a successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified Account Executive to sell our Precision Marketing Solutions, manage the relationship, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The Account Executive will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Taking advantage of the digital age this position is fully remote with primary business hours being US Central Standard Time. The Account Executive must be both personable and professional.
We have access to a 7m+ record statistical database of companies in the United States that simplifies prospecting, and our Precision Marketing Methodology is about opening doors to targeted companies to prepare them for a follow-up phone call.
Objectives of this role
• Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
• Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Learn our Precision Marketing Methodology developed to quickly develop leads.
• Reach out to customer leads through email, phone or zoom.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Track all sales operations in the firm CRM system and stay current by regularly updating account information.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Sales Representative Requirements
• Experience in sales, customer service and/or appointment setting.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Have Outstanding Work Ethic.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent English both written and verbal skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Have a designated workspace, computer with updated version & capacity (at least 8GB RAM).
• Good quality noise cancelling headset.
• Internet Speed should be at least 5mbps both for upload & download.
