Account Executive – Corporate Housing Company

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our corporate housing company. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. Your focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their housing needs, and providing tailored corporate housing solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging marketing leads to expand our customer base.
-Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and sales pitches to introduce our corporate housing solutions, demonstrating their value and benefits to prospective clients.
-Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
-Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while meeting clients’ needs.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
-Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the corporate housing, real estate, or hospitality industries.
-Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
