Social Jet is a leading influencer marketing agency based in Singapore. We specialize in helping brands maximize their online presence through strategic influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

As our Account Executive at Social Jet, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our influencer campaigns. You will work closely with clients, our internal team, and influencers to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding content delivery.

You excel in client project management, effortlessly handling multiple projects while ensuring on-time and budget adherence. As the primary client contact, you keep them informed and satisfied.

Your communication skills shine, conducting effective client calls and delivering updates through various channels via Whatsapp and email.

A collaborative team player, you work closely with internal teams and leadership, ensuring coordinated influencer campaigns and timely updates.

In creative brief development, your storytelling skills shine, guiding influencers to create impactful content.

You must:

– Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
– Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Communicate clearly and efficiently both with our team and clients
– Have a great understanding of social media, especially Instagram & TikTok
– Able to work with software like Canva, Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets), Zoom, Whatsapp Business
– Work effectively with our team to ensure smooth and timely project execution
– Lead onboarding process for new clients
– Resolve client requests & feedback professionally
– Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
– Work effectively with our team

Summary of key responsibilities:
– Manage multiple client projects, ensuring tasks and deliverables are on time and within budget
– Act as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates on campaign progress
– Conduct client meetings and calls to discuss strategies, results, and adjustments
– Work closely with influencers to ensure clear briefs and content guidelines, including assisting influencers in content creation and monitoring deliverables and deadlines
– Develop creative briefs to inspire engaging and on-brand content
– Create storyboards, and content plans, and provide creative direction
– Multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
