Job Description
In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing executive support while also managing client accounts to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your organisational and client-facing skills will be invaluable as you liaise between the executive team and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant
Manage executive schedules, including meetings, and other appointments.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, document filing, and data entry.
Digital Account Executive
Manage and grow client relationships through excellent communication and strategic thinking.
Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Act as the point of contact for clients, responding to their needs efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Monitor account metrics and prepare periodic reports for clients and internal review.
Requirements
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Account Executive, or similar role.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts from multiple industries.
Experience with ASANA/CRM software and MS Office/Google suite. Figma is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful, and efficient
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
