Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record in helping businesses grow and scale. This role requires a strong business acumen approach and the ability to confidently communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their strategic needs are met with our agency’s capabilities.
• Report updates to the CEO on team tasks and strategic needs from the client
• Lead and manage a team, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and high performance.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Analyze market trends and client data to provide informed recommendations for business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure continuous alignment and satisfaction.
• Continuously update professional knowledge and expertise, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, guiding and mentoring team members for collective success.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and their impact on business growth.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive learner, open to new challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• 20,000 – 35,000 PHP based on Skill Level and Experience
