Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy, directly contributing to our revenue growth. Your primary focus will be identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to expand our customer base and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through networking events, inbound inquiries, cold calling, and social media.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each prospective client.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking all sales activities and client interactions in CRM.

Negotiation and Closing: Develop and execute negotiation strategies to close new business opportunities and meet/exceed sales targets.

Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with exceptional service and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging, gather market intelligence, and ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.

Reporting: Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline status, and market trends.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industry.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Analytical & technical skills are a big plus.

Salary:

$1000 per month plus the opportunity to earn an additional $1.4k/month or even more for top performers. Total comp base plus commission of $2.4k/month or greater for top performers

Monthly Quota:

The goal is to hit at least $60,000 per month

Shift time:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST/PST

Candidates should demonstrate flexibility to adjust to either time slot as per business demands.
