We are a dynamic leader in the gaming industry, committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences. We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to drive business growth and excel in a competitive market.

Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients within the industry, aiming to convert them to our services. You will also develop and oversee an affiliate marketing system to effectively track your outreach efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong ability to persuade and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential business clients, presenting our products and services.
Develop strategies to convert leads into customers, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Set up and manage an affiliate marketing system to track leads and conversions.
Report on sales activities and pipeline progress through regular knowledge transfer sessions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales messages and tactics based on market feedback.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to our company’s growth and success.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in accounts.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing systems and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience needs.
