This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our clients on Amazon by effectively managing account issues, deactivations, and appeals.

Job Description:
As an Amazon Seller Account Specialist at DG Distributions Inc, you will be responsible for managing and resolving various account-related issues for our clients, particularly focusing on account deactivations and Section 3 deactivations. Your role will involve crafting compelling appeal letters and working closely with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation, such as invoices and product authenticity letters. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our clients’ Amazon accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Deactivation Resolution: Investigate, identify, and resolve account deactivation issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients’ businesses.

Section 3 Deactivation Handling: Effectively address Section 3 deactivations, demonstrating a deep understanding of Amazon’s policies and procedures.

Appeal Letter Formulation: Craft well-structured appeal letters that clearly and persuasively communicate the case for reinstatement to Amazon.

Supplier Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation, including invoices and product authenticity letters, to support account reinstatement efforts.

Follow-Up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up process to track the progress of appeals and ensure timely resolution of account issues.

Documentation Management: Keep detailed records of all communication and actions taken regarding account issues.

Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to provide accurate and timely assistance to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller accounts, with a focus on resolving account deactivations and Section 3 deactivations.

Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, procedures, and seller performance metrics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive appeal letters.

Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.

Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective supplier communication.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

Education and Experience:

Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller accounts, with a minimum of 6 Months to 1 year of relevant experience.
