Attention, Rockstars! We’re looking for a full-time Account Management Admin. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Inner Circle Team within the organization. Their role involves various tasks aimed at facilitating smooth communication, efficient processes, and effective client relationship management.

Our Purpose:
PURPOSE: To develop and market products that help individuals to grow in multiple facets in life.
PURPOSE: To Increase awareness and skill sets for the public we serve.
PURPOSE: To make a significant difference in the quality of life of people not reaching their potential and those often left behind.
PURPOSE: To produce and develop Millionaire closers.

Responsibilities:
Review and manage incoming student data.
Assist in welcoming and scheduling initial interviews with Mike.
Compile personalized programs based on student aspirations.
Establish production targets and training steps with Mike.
Conduct bi-weekly progress meetings with students.
Monitor and address any slow progress, resetting targets as needed.
Update completion dates and follow up with students.
Promote and coordinate attendance for mastermind sessions and lectures.
Use various communication channels to notify students of events.
Monitor and ensure completion of production targets and training steps.

Qualifications/Requirements:
At least 1 year of administrative experience.
Preferably experience working at a digital marketing agency.
Prior experience in a mentoring or coaching role is a plus, or working with a successful mentor’s or coach’s delivery.
Proficiency in technology and project management tools like Asana.
Must be knowledgeable in Gsuite and Zoom Webinars.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with students and provide effective support and guidance.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

The position is Full-Time (remote) between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
