Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager (Brand Strategist) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing up to 8 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and guiding them towards success on the Amazon Marketplace. Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, you will receive mentorship and training to excel in this position.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Lead client meetings, deliver performance reports, and provide data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations based on the client’s business goals.
Ensure client success by effectively communicating expectations and providing ongoing campaign optimizations to meet KPIs.
Manage the account end-to-end, including initial setup, day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting with support from various teams.
Collaborate with design, copywriting, advertising, and content teams to enhance clients’ accounts and overall digital marketing strategies.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Become a thought leader and trusted expert on the Amazon Marketplace, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
While we don’t adhere strictly to a list of qualifications, we’re looking for individuals who possess:
1 year of experience in account management, client service, or Amazon Seller Central.
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization.
A desire to grow and be challenged in a supportive environment.
Bonus Points (Not Required):
Experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology industries.
