Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager with Lead Generation/Business Development capabilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and facilitating the recruitment process. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end project management process for client engagements, ensuring a smooth transition from hiring to candidate placement.

Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
– Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate them to the recruitment team.
– Oversee the end-to-end project management process for client engagements, including:
– Finding leads and identifying new business opportunities.
– Conducting discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
– Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to client specifications.
– Providing oversight to ensure a smooth transition from the hiring process to candidate placement.
– Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
– Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives.
– Provide timely and accurate reporting on client accounts and business development activities.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or similar roles.
– Strong understanding of lead generation and business development strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
– Experience in the recruitment industry or a related field is preferred but not required.
